 Three startups investing from Amazon, including electric vehicle shipping, packaging logistics and low-carbon fuel



According to channel US Consumer News and Business Channel (CNBC) on 27, Amazon  said that as part of the Fund's climate commitments worth two billion dollars, which was launched in June last year, the company invested in three new start -up companies.

According to reports, Amazon launched the Climate Compliance Fund in June last year to invest in technologies developed to prevent climate change and global warming. So far, Amazon has supported 11 companies, covering many industries from manufacturing and energy production to food and agriculture.

One of three new companies that Amazon has invested in is Flexible, the company is developing electric vehicle charging technology . Amazon said the startup will help meet the company's goal of deploying 100,000 electric delivery vehicles by 2030.

The other is CMC Machinery Company , and the boxes produced by this company are designed according to the exact dimensions of the products in each order, so that there is no need to use single-use plastic gaskets in shipping.

Another company called Infinium has received funding from Amazon, and the company has developed ultra-low-carbon fuels that can be used in air, marine and heavy truck fleets to replace diesel and jet fuel.
